Rhinebeck Equine is the largest equine referral hospital in the Hudson Valley with board-certified specialists in surgery, internal medicine, theriogenology, and ophthalmology. We have a large field service team servicing horses on farms throughout the region. Job Description

We are seeking client service professionals with experience in the following areas:

Recent equine hospital client service experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Large animal PMS experience (HVMS)- i.e. scheduling appointments

Developed client interaction skills

A/R- A/P background

Typing, calculating, invoicing, and billing skills

Understanding of equine/veterinary terminology

Professional phone etiquette

This position is a full-time, permanent position with very competitive compensation, and full benefits including medical, dental, 401k, educational assistance, PTO, EAP, care discounts, and more.
